Our Vision
My Breathing Space is devoted to exploring the practice of yoga in all its forms. With us, you'll not simply learn postures. You'll dive deep into its various techniques to improve the physical and mental health. If you wish to go further, you're more than welcome to explore with us its system of philosophy.
When it comes to practicing on the mat, we use a thorough posturo-respiratory technique. It allows us to place particular emphasis on the posture, alignement, breathing and mobilisation of the fascias, perineum and diaphragm to ensure an optimized practice.
